What is a fan coil?

Fan coil units are HVAC systems commonly found in high-rise residences, offering zoned climate control.

Fan coils consist of two critical components – a fan and a coil. They function by drawing room air through a filter, then passing it over a coil containing heated or chilled water, adjusting the air temperature. The fan ensures consistent circulation within the suite.

This process not only regulates temperature based on your thermostat settings but also filters and circulates the air, enhancing your indoor air quality.

Orders placed after February 1st, 2026:

Orders placed after this date will require valve changes. Valve changes require coordination with your buildings maintenance team to drain your risers. These valve replacements will take place in the fall of 2026, during season change over.

Warranty

All fan coil units feature a standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, effective upon completion of your installation.

To upgrade your protection, a 5-year total extended warranty option is available under the Optional Accessories section. If your project involves replacing more than one unit, please adjust the quantity field to reflect the correct number of fan coils in your home.
