      • Scope of Work
        • Protect floors and walls around fan coil with mats and plastic sheets.
        • Erect negative-pressure tent to prevent fiberglass from contaminating the suite.
        • Cut open wall to gain access to fan coil cabinet, approximately 14” wide x 48” high
        • Install metal door trim
        • Install new access panel door, painted white; Access panel door will cover cut edges
        • While we make every effort not to damage the wall around the fan coil, the age and condition of the plaster may make it unavoidable. Should there be damaged plaster or baseboard, patching and painting is not included.
